We are on the lookout for a passionate and professional Reservations Manager to join Jumeirah Capri Palace for the summer season 2027. 
The main duties and responsibilities are: 
- Oversee the delivery of internal and external service, quality, and commercial performances as per Central Reservations KPI objectives.
- Work closely with the team to maximize revenue opportunities and reduce operational inefficiencies.
- Attend meetings related to reservations and share relevant insights on performance and trends.
- Monitor automated reservation services to ensure optimal capacity and resolve any service degradation.
- Monitor and follow up on guest complaints, ensuring relevant solutions are provided by coordinating with other departments.
- Ensure training of new colleagues in the department and hotels is planned and scheduled in advance.
- Oversee all aspects of people management, including development, target setting, reviews, and performance.
- Act as a point of contact for reservations with external partners, managing and maintaining relationships.
- Act in the absence of the Director of Reservations and perform other duties as required by management.
