- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Process reservations, cancellations, amendments and room allocations.
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests, queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Answer and direct telephone calls and respond to guest emails when required.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance and other departments to meet guest requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all front office procedures are followed.
- Handle guest keys/cards and other front office documentation securely.
- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professional appearance.
- Ensure confidentiality of guest information at all times.
- Follow hotel policies, health and safety procedures, and service standards.
