We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to run one of the most exciting
small hotels in the city — someone who knows the guest, owns the detail, and
treats a 13-key property like it’s their own. 

Thirteen rooms in the heart of Cape Town City Centre, where design leads
and every guest is noticed. Our travellers skew younger — creative, curious,
digitally native. They discover us on Instagram, book on their phones, travel
solo or with friends, and want a stay that feels considered: great design,
honest value and real local knowledge of the city.

You’ll lead the day-to-day operation of the hotel end to end — the team,
the systems, the guest experience and the numbers. With a small team,
this is a working GM role: you’ll be as comfortable checking in a late arrival
or fixing a listing as you are reviewing the month’s performance.
