- Maintain a clean and organised workstation, adhering to all food safety, hygiene regulations, and allergen protocols • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, supporting the kitchen team during service • Monitor food storage, manage inventory, and ensure proper rotation and storage of ingredients • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain workflow and contribute to overall kitchen efficiency
