Key Responsibilities

- Wash dishes, kitchen utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment as required.
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of the daily breakfast buffet.
- Support the chef with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
- Help replenish buffet items throughout breakfast service.
- Keep kitchen workstations, preparation areas, and equipment clean and organized at all times.
- Assist with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and organization.
- Ensure proper food storage and stock rotation procedures are followed.
- Support the kitchen team with general duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
