F&B SERVER

We’re looking for an F&B Server to join one of Hard Rock Hotel Malta’s signature dining outlets, where food, service and music collide.

Your Mission
As our F&B Server, you’ll be the face of the restaurant, welcoming guests, taking orders with confidence and delivering service that makes every visitor feel like a VIP.

What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional table service, ensuring every guest receives a warm and professional experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve dishes and drinks in line with brand standards
- Communicate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest requests, questions and feedback with a positive attitude
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene and safety
- Support the team during busy periods and contribute to a great working atmosphere

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as an F&B Server or in a similar guest-facing role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- A guest-focused mindset and passion for hospitality
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- A positive attitude, attention to detail and the Hard Rock spirit
