We are looking for a
passionate and experienced Banqueting Supervisor to join our team at the Hard Rock Hotel. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a flair for leadership, and are committed to delivering top-notch guest experiences, this is your chance to be part of something legendary.

Job Role 
- Lead and support the front-of-house team during service
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction

- Assist in staff training, development, and scheduling

- Maintain hygiene and quality standards at all times

- Work closely with the Banqueting Manager to drive results

Requirements 
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- A passion for guest service and attention to detail

- Ability to stay composed and organised in a busy environment

- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
