The Guest Greeter is responsible for welcoming JK Place Capri guests at the port upon arrival, assisting them during departure, and supporting the smooth coordination of hotel transfers and luggage, in line with the JK Place philosophy and luxury hospitality standards.
As the first and last JK Place representative guests meet on the island, the Guest Greeter creates a warm, reassuring, and highly personalised welcome and farewell. The role requires attentive guest recognition, clear communication, discretion, practical knowledge of port operations, and close collaboration with drivers, porters, Front Office, Concierge, and transport providers to ensure every journey is seamless.
