We are seeking an experienced and professional Duty Manager to join the team at Constance Ephelia, Seychelles. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations during your assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. The role acts as a senior operational point of contact across departments, taking ownership of guest concerns, operational challenges, and critical decisions when the relevant department head or senior management is not present. Your fluency in Russian or French, combined with your management expertise, will be essential in serving our diverse international guest base and leading our multilingual team effectively.
- Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolution
-  Oversee all operational activities during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments
- Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
- Maintain compliance with all resort policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Conduct regular resort walks and inspections to ensure hotel facilities, public areas, guest areas, and operational spaces meet established standards.
-  Communicate effectively with Russian or French-speaking guests, providing personalised service and assistance
- Personally engage with guests and maintain a visible presence throughout the hotel, particularly during peak operating periods.
-  Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
-  Handle emergency situations and incidents with composure and decisive action
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and public areas to maintain quality standards
-  Prepare and submit detailed shift reports documenting incidents, guest feedback, and operational matters
-  Ensure security protocols are adhered to throughout the resort
-  Respond to guest requests and special requirements with efficiency and professionalism
-  Liaise with senior management regarding operational issues and strategic decisions
