one80 is looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with quality ingredients and thrives in a professional, fast-paced kitchen environment.

What you’ll do day to day:
- Take responsibility for your assigned section and ensure it is fully prepared for service
- Prepare, cook and present dishes according to one80 recipes and presentation standards
- Complete daily mise en place and ensure your section is organised and ready on time
- Maintain consistency in taste, portioning and presentation throughout service
- Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and the rest of the kitchen brigade
- Coordinate orders during busy services to ensure dishes are prepared efficiently and on time
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use
- Monitor stock levels and communicate requirements to senior chefs
- Minimise food waste through correct preparation, portioning and storage
- Follow HACCP, food-safety, hygiene and kitchen-cleanliness procedures at all times
- Ensure food is correctly labelled, dated and stored
- Assist with receiving and checking deliveries when required
- Support and guide Commis Chefs and junior members of the kitchen team
- Assist with opening, closing and cleaning procedures for your section

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen position
- Strong cooking and food-preparation skills
- Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food-safety standards
- Ability to manage your own section during busy services
- Attention to detail and pride in presentation and consistency
- A positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Reliability, organisation and the ability to work under pressure
- A genuine passion for food and professional cooking
