one80 at Mgarr Yacht Marina, Gozo is seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.
We are a modern Mediterranean restaurant in a Marina with focus on local and Southern Italian influences delivering refined, seasonal dishes with strong attention to detail, consistency and presentation.

A solid past experience in a dynamic A La Carte Mediterranean restaurant operation is required for this role. Related industry qualifications will be considered favourable.
