Le camere non sono riscaldate, tuttavia sono provviste di calde coperte. Il bagno è riscaldato tramite una stufetta elettrica. In cucina è presente un camino a legna che viene acceso dall'host con abbondante anticipo e che va alimentato dagli ospiti.
L'host mette a disposizione la legna da ardere.

La struttura è situata alle porte della Val Grande
Si prega di non tenere gli amici a quattro zampe in casa, ma di utilizzare l'ampio giardino

The rooms are not heated; however, warm blankets are provided. The bathroom is heated with an electric heater. The kitchen features a wood-burning fireplace that is lit well in advance by the host and must be maintained by the guests.
The facility is located at the gateway to Val Grande.
The host provides firewood for use.
