Fe.Ma Group is looking for a Sales Territory Account for launch of own brands and products across all Poland territory.

Fe.Ma Group is a leading company Made in Italy, leader in the medical and aesthetic field, with the goal to develop a sales net for the marketing of aesthetic products and medical devices dedicated to the non-invasive aesthetic medicine.

SALES TERRITORY ACCOUNT – Poland The resource, reporting directly to the Export Manager, will be responsible for the growth and consolidation of the Group's brands, through the proper management of customers on Polish territory.

Job duties:

Management of the field force in the area of competence to achieve the objectives of scientific information oriented to the established results;

Identification and creation of a portfolio of business clients (doctors, dentists, beautician, hairdressers) with direct field activities and business support (telemarketing, industry shows and fairs and dedicated accounts);

Organization and planning of activities on the territory;

Dissemination of a positive team spirit, enhancing and homogenizing skills and competences;

Keeping solid and profitable relationships with your target audience; ? Guarantee effective exchange of information from the territory to the Head quarter and vice versa

Requirements:

Residence in Poland with an age between 25 and 40 years;

Polish mother tongue and excellent knowledge of the Italian language or alternatively English;

Experience at least 2 years in the sales sector or in structured contexts;

Strong orientation to the results and objectives, aware of the reality of local territory

Very good relational and communicative skills with internal and external interlocutors

Leadership and team building skills;

Excellent organizational skills, entrepreneurship and flexibility;
