From a Michelin guide restaurant in Amsterdam, Holland, 1 Sous Chef and 1 Chef de Partie are wanted.
This is a waterfront Kitchen & Bar establishment that is beautifully located southwest of central Amsterdam. Both lunch and dinner are served in their restaurant or on their terrace. In addition, they offer possibilities for private dining at the waterfront lounge or the yacht club, and they frequently host meetings, parties or weddings. The restaurant does 75 to 110 covers depending on season.
*The Sous chef is first priority, the chef de partie could be possible starting October 1st.
-Salary for Sous chef is €2900/month gross + tips around €600/month
-Salary for Chef de partie is €2250/month gross +tips around €450/month.
*Taxation there is -8%.
Work is for 4 and a half days/week, 10 hrs for a full day excl breaks. Accommodation can be arranged. Rental costs in Amsterdam is aprox €500-600 per month.
All candidates must have experience and affinity with high end and fine dining kitchen.
