This is a fine dining restaurant with rooms based in the North West in Aughton, just outside Liverpool. It will open on February 2017. The owner has created a modern restaurant for fifty guests, a private dining room, relaxing bar and lounge with seven luxury bedrooms. The talented chef patron (past Ex.Chef in 2*Michelin star establishment) ,creates delicate produce driven menus inspired by the exceptional surroundings and home grown ingredients.
2 Chefs de Rang are wanted. Salary around £18.000/year gross, experience dependant, which will have service on top of that.
In terms of shifts and details, they will operate on 2 fixed days off (Monday & Tuesday) and a 50 hour contract. They do ask that staff members understand that hours may elevate until the restaurant is fully up and running. Shifts will be mainly straights with a very rare split shift.
They don’t have staff accommodation just yet but they will be offering assistance to any successful candidates. Staff meals will be provided during shifts. All local towns are public transport accessible with good access to Liverpool on a local train.
Ideally they would be hoping for previous experience at Michelin level but would consider lower levels of experience if they are passionate and looking to learn.
